That thing looks wicked. Everytime I see that car, I want to go and do something to mine.
I have silver mine lasts a little bit after a wash, the only thing I hate very much is the brake dust.

Great job on the car!! Everytime I see a new pic of your car I change my desktop picture to it. BTW where did you get the single slat grille from and did you have to modify it?

3 days max, and thats with garaging it for 1/2 the day each of those 3 days.. And it better be dry out for the past 3 days before you take it out, or somehow spots will manage to find it.

Great looking SL, and I know how much work it takes to make it like that. My favorite black car was my old TR, but it lasted for a about 2 hours!!!
No more black for me...... I am too neurotic!

Owning a black Corvette and SL55 in the dusty, sunny Southwest make for two very dusty cars just driving it around the block. Thank God for the California Car Duster.

I friend gave me one of these but I have never used it cuz I am scared that it will scratch the paint. Does it?

I can't biatch to much...the ownership of a ride going 200mph sitting still is worth the pain of cleaning it...life could be a whole lot worse.
