SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: SL55 Left Front Creeky

SL55 Left Front Creeky
I own a 2004 SL55 AMG with about 38,000 miles. Recently the left front end is creeky. If I push down on the fender it creeks as well.
My rising suspension system is a little strange too. If I am at a stop while running the car will drop down even after I released the system hours earlier...
It's only the left side. It sounds like I am driving a Model T...
Can anyone advise on this topic please?
This is the only problem I have ever had with this car and believe me I have used all 493 horses till they were starving!

Ball joints if I remember correctly. I know it doesn't seem like enough miles, but mine were replaced just after 40,000. Kinda sounds like an old coil spring bed?
The rising suspension sounds like an Active Body Control (ABC) issue. Hopefully only a line flush is needed to correct it. I would get both issues checked with a trusted Independent or Dealership.
