Projected value of SL63
So in the interest of purchasing one of these beasts once I get enough cash, what do you guys think may be the approximate value of a 09' SL63 in say, 2013? Recently I've been making the choice around the CLS63, 07'-08' SL55, and a SL63. An average 07' SL55 with about 20 or so K miles will cost about 60 grand today, and a new SL debuting before 2013, what do you think a high mileage SL63 would cost in 2012-2013? High mileage as in high 40s, 50s, and low 60s.

Rule of thumb where I live:
Divide price by 2 every 2,5 to 3 years for buying price.
Divide price by 2 every 2 to 2,5 years for trade in price.
All depending on miles, but taking into account 5k to 10k miles on average per year.
Some cars will do a bit better than others too. Like the SL which retains value better than e.g. S-Class.
My CLK BS, SL and S all were bought by me for roughly half the new price when around 2,5 years old.

I want to get one of these before they loose their touch, not too long after the newer SL comes out. I'm aiming for a lower price, maybe lower 40s, hopefully something happens that allows the price to fall even more. Maybe the next SL will get facelifted early
