ok.. another sl55 misha Forgiato widebody on going project :)
Hi Guys.. so i already have a ongoing project of a E55 i bought about 2 months ago --->New E55 owner, new project 
I been debating about building a wide kit for a sl , almost bought one and was gonna start the project but a friend RB tech told me about forgiato selling theres so i jumped on it !
I just picked it up today.. so i decided to post up and continue on with this project , this is how it looks now , im sure some of you might of seen this car at sema or the shows ..
next step - tomorrow - smoking out tail lights , 3rd light, white leds in and out, led bar fog lights behind grill on bumper, intercooler upgrade and a cm30 pump, limo tint all around, might lamin x head lights with 6%, ,its got a nice royal muffler exhaust i havent looked under yet but if its got the res or cats im deleting them.. i shud have this part done tomorrow my homies work fast haha
then next week when dc is done with my e55, im gonna do the pulley, ecu tune, headers and race cats.. T/b, carbon intake stuff and cover..
prob hit up anthony from top stitch to do the interior as he done a few of my other cars and i luve the results
and last pasadena sound for the stereo system, i like dyn audio always used them so ill prob stick with those with jl amps and w6 subs .. will update as i get things done ..

i dont really know exactly to tell u the truth cus i bought the car as is.. but i was about to build one and its basically was like a oem blk series kit, with lights, rims and paint it was $28,000 without carbon accents.. i dont know much about the misha and i dont know wat forgiato would charge on those rims ... ill do my homework hehe

tomorrow some updated shots with led bar fog lights, smoked tails .. next .. im looking for a pulley and ecu tune.. i have a cm30 pump and looking for a intercooler ..

yea i been working with anthony for a while now , he did my ferrari, cls, & bmw interior , this wud be the 4th project and hes almost done actually with the sl, doing squares this time , didnt wanna bite urs hehe, also everyone gets confused between mine and yours haha so i sent the wheels back to ac to do the lips in gloss black , the mirrors, front grill, and some other parts are getting painted in gloss black, the top is going to be gloss black as well.. Stereo is next, pasadena autosound as they worked on a few of my cars in the past, alpine unit with Jl w6 subs, new jl small amps, prob do dyn audio components again.
after all this im gonna do engine - pulley, ecu , headers, dual intercoolers on the side vents

some updates on my ride
did a gloss black top , new led fog lights and led headlights, re did the interior and has a dope system now with motorized rear mb emblem stash box, custom billet alum xoom case mount on passenger side, making a billet i4 mount as well..
i got sum new dpe wheels on its way went down to 20s so it can drive better
got sum more engine mods comming soon the car is apart and getting - meth kit, nitrous, eurocharged injectors, had the surge and intake manifold ported,dual ic pumps, HE, its on a 172 pulley now gonna drop in a 180 or 185 pulley and 82 mm throttle body as well
just recently did a show and it took hottest exotic and hottest mercedes
heres a few pics ...

I'm currently involved in same upgrades IE Mishadesigns Widebody kit, custom Racemesh grilles for ALL openings on kit, RENNEN Modular 20"s (brand new SuperConcave design, I'll have the very 1st set in world)
Mishadesigns kit itself is a relative bargain. Love to meet up when mine is completed, Misha is set to make a Pro video w/ALL SLM builds. I'm really torn on final re-paint color but most likely Gloss blk w/multi-Matte accents (Don't think I could deal w/upkeep on a FULL matte finish, if a bird kraps on it & you don't see it instantly & remove it your fukd
no clear also means rock chips ahoy' etc)

thanks few more updated pics.. were in the process of making a billet phone holder that will be spring and gas shocked , alsofor the engine plate i set a few 1 ct diamonds set on it ..
I also decided to mill down the stock 74mm throttle body shaft after i saw shardul thread about flowing like a 80mm ..

Love what you've done to it... Question? Headlights are regular SL65 blk style IE ONLY painted on lower half of internals OEM but you must've added slight window tint or vinyl product to headlight covers? look's perfect! What tint %?
