Your mission should you choose to accept it is to take that baby to a parking garage and give it the full beans.

OK so here they are the 2 videos in which on both of em my lip gets a beating this parking garage sucked I will find a better one and do a video there or find a nice tunel where I can actually get some speed.

You want to go to a good muffler shop that knows what they are doing, they replace it right away, you want to let them know you want 3inch Stainless Steel piping to go in the space of the removed cats and resonatros.

I think the entire Job all together cost me somewhere around $200 maybe $250 at most with their materials.

Good advice Kamil.

I just wanted to add that some of the chain (like Car X) shops will not do the mod. They might even give you a mild ration about how "if an engineer designed it to be there then it needs to stay." That was the story I got from one shop. I had done some research and had docs showing that the secondaries were put in for some future EU spec and had nothing to do with the U.S. They refused. In their defense, I guess they can get into trouble. I found a trusted old shop. The guy had been welding exhaust for years. He did a great job.
