Switch it out for a European Spec Nav (which requres giving up teleaid) and then add the TV tuner available for same. I believe it has jacks for addition of a dvd player. Also you will need a cooperative Mercedes dealer to input the needed computer codes once you have the hardware in place.

I thought it was illegal to have any video, either DVD or TV, within the drivers view? It would be great to have the audio and video experience of a DVD concert on your NAV while cruising, especially in slow traffic.

It is in Florida,but the audio/video car electronics shops are installing quite a few of them every day. Especially in Pro-sports player and celeb cars. I know almost every add on Nav system can be used for a TV or DVD screen. I was not going to hook a DVD player in my daughters car, but a pro baseball player had a DVD changer for 2 months and deceided to buy one with more capacity, He never came back for the old one and I got it for $100 . MY daughter only uses it for cd's because she finds the screen to distracting to her.
