How much should ones pay for a 2005 SL55?

How much should you pay for a semi-clean 2005 SL55 under 38K miles with no pana roof or parktronic and no warranty. Please chime in.....

I found a 05 SL55 with 46,xxx miles. The car seems fairly clean but no warranty though. Seller is asking for $36K. Would this be an okay deal?

i would pay $36k for that car.

$45k for an sl65 of the same vintage.
