Carbon Fiber Diffuser Kit by EuroTek (group buy)
Ok, so the guys in the SL R230 Section, got a group of 10 people and now they will have a Carbon Fiber Diffuser for their SLs which will not fit our SL55/65 AMGs because of the exhaust opening difference. EuroTeck agreed to do one for our cars as well if we can get 10 people together and buy this. Cost will be $700 per diffuser.

I had been in contact with Neal from EuroteckMotorsports.com and was told once the GB at SL R230 Section is complete will gtry to do it for ours SL55.

That sounds awesome Rick. I wonder if the diffuser for ours will go over the mesh screen or be under it?
Only 2 hours or so on the forum and we already have 3 of us. I think this should happen quick.

Just to clarify, it would actually be $690 per diffuser!
Also, it would go over and replace the mesh screen, as well as wrap around to the bottom of the bumper.

well now this makes for a hard decision, full 09 conversion or take the less expensive route. I would like to see what it looks like on an amg vehicle.

Well this would be the first one to be around so you cant really see it but look up the ones on the C class and E by Euro Teck and you will get an idea.

Also, the style of this diffuser will be a 3 fin design. Here are just a few pics of other diffusers, and the last is a CL55/65 diffuser we are currently still making for a different group buy.

I would have done that but already bought 09 bumper but having hell of time finding a carbon diffuser that does not cost an arm and a leg. Any ideas?
