Loost service book
Hi,
I imported a SL55 AMG -03 from the U.S. to Sweden. Unfortunately it was missing the service book when the car arrived in Sweden. I have now bought a new service, and wonder if anyone has experience to update a service book with historic service data?

I think your local Mercedes dealer has a record of all the service that was performed at any Mercedes dealer. Can anyone confirm that?

Your Merc dealer is able to provide service dates & millage of work done in your car. I think needs to be requested by original owner unless you know someone in the dealer.

Hmmm – not quit so at least here in Europe. MB can only see any work done ordered by the owner or by recalls. That’s the Workshop department. Then in Parts-department they can see any major parts replaced. Nowhere are they able to see service made – oil change, brakes and all that stuff.
