245/35/19 front & 275/30/19 rear O.K???

I have a tire fitment question. I live in an area where we have enough winter weather that I cannot run dedicated 'summer' tires year round. But, the selection of quality all-season ties is extremely limited in the 285/30/19 size. If I step the staggered sizes down to 245/35/19 front and 275/30/19 rear, I have several more options, including the Pirelli P-Nero M+S (which I ran on my E55) and the new(er) Conti Sport Contact M+S (which is on the wife's ML550). Again, neither the Pirelli nor the Conti are available in 285/30/19. SO ... can I run 245/35/19 front and 275/30/19 rear on an 06 SL65 without screwing anything up???

Cool - I wasn't sure based on the 19" diameter and the curb weight and resulting load requirements for the tire if this car really wanted the small additional sidewall of the 285 out back. I wish the Pirelli and Conti were available in 285/30/19. I note they ARE available in the 255/35/19 size. It just seems to make sense to me to have the companion staggered fitment 285/30 available as well.

Yes, no issue at all for the winter. You will be able to roast the tires but that's not really the point.

I personally don't mind going even a hair skinnier for better winter traction.
