You shouldn't be losing that badly from a gt3 rs... Unless the other car was not stock...

Those 997 GT3s are crazy though, stock nevermind modified. They're light, they handle like and they sound EPIC. The new 4.0 limited edition is insane, 500hp from a 4 ltr flat-6 NA. It runs 11s 1/4 mile and that's just amazing for a car not even built for drag races. Those cars are extremely difficult to keep up with. Between a stock SL and a stock latest 997 GT3 RS in the quarter mile the GT3 wins hands down.

As much as I love the Turbo after getting an opportunity to test drive both I must say I like the GT3 more, I can't put my finger on why. The sound, the handling...but most of all, and I know this is going to sound like a cliche, but the RAW feeling of it. It's manual, it has a heavy solid clutch, the steering I felt was a bit "heavier" and that NA feel especially with that power. I used to laugh when people called the GT3 a supercar before I drove it, I didn't take the flat-6 NA motor seriously and thought it was slow...was I wrong or just retarded Anyone who doubts the GT3 go for a drive in one and then come back and bad mouth it

Now I found a video of a GT3, this is the 996 and I know the driver is insane but this car is FAST and remember this is the older model.

...and of course the new limited edition GT3 RS 4.0
