TPM fixed for good
After one year and spent over $1k, dealer can't fix my flat tire warnning lights problem, Today, I found a local shop with star diagnostic computer and removed the TPM monitoring completely, best $98(min charge) I have spent. Tire pressure remain unchange for a year, I check it every month anyway. Don't go to the dealer if you have the same problem.

TPMS is turned off on my car too. I had the dealer do it when the batteries started failing. I seem to recall 100+ per wheel to replace and install new batteries. I have a $10 air pressure gage that works great.
One point, the dealer will not turn TPMS off on cars newer than 06 I think or when ever it was mandated by the nanny state formerly known as the land of the free AKA USA.

I'm going to have my indy turn it off as well. Does anyone know the steps to do it? I assume it should be pretty easy to do in STAR. I just don't want my indy to screw me on labor because it took him too long to figure out how to do it.

I have to assume it was disabled on my car before I bought it, because I always thought it odd that my car had just about every option, didn't appear to have the TPMS. I also noticed that the seatbelt reminder bell has been disabled, which is really nice in case I don't put it on for my 100 yard drive from the mailbox to the driveway.
