2 split boots on track control arms = new arms !!??
My 2002 SL55 failed the MOT on (amongst other things on another thread) because the rubber boots are split on the end of the track control arms.
This seems to be a new MOT reg brought in this year (so they have told me)
The problem seems to be that on the parts system there are no rubber boots show as a seperate part !
This means they want to sell me a MA211 330 43 11 and MA211 330 44 11 plus bushes = £485.
That's a lot of money to solve to split rubber boots - Any one got any solutions ?
