NEW SPONSOR-Introductory Pulley/Tune Special
Buckhead Imports Performance has become an MBWORLD sponsor after lurking around here for a while. Our primary goal is to provide top notch products and services, and at the same time, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Our customers are very important to us, and we treat them like family. We will do our absolute best to answer any of your questions in a timely fashion on the boards, via email, or phone.
Craig Hawkins will be handling internet sales, Tony Lawshee will be performing in house tuning via our Dynamics Dynometer. We are setup for remote tuning as well. Custom builds will be handled by Jason Cummings (owner) and Fast Eddie.
We would like to kick off with an Introductory Pulley/Tune Special for the M113K motor:
172mm or 180mm pulley/Tune: $1,250 (larger pulleys are available for an additional cost)

The package includes the crank pulley kit (172mm or 180mm, water pump pulley, new crank bolt and supercharger belt). You will then be shipped a cable for a custom remote dyno tuning session.

Yes it is dampened. It is the OEM MB hub with the ASP welded outer ring or you can get the aluminum outer ring pressed on and pinned.

Any ideas what the additional gains would be from adding the pulley? Also, should an SL55 owner upgrade to a larger IC with the pulley upgrade? Sorry for all of the questions. I'm debating on whether to do something now, or wait until I get a larger IC. Thanks.

Can't wait for the "upgrade!" I took my cousin for a ride a few days ago and had to go WOT to pass a few cars going well under the speed limit. This was after telling her I will be bringing the car down to Atlanta for more power. She said, "This car has more than enough power." I just replied with, "It'll never have enough power, but in the next few weeks, it will seem less pedestrian."

Nice one, you are going to love it. Did you set a date already, I dont recall?

No date set yet. I'm supposed to get a call/email from either you or Tony whenever the pulley comes in from ASP. So just let me know and I will see you guys shortly afterwards. Thanks again!
