SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: DYNOJET SL55 before/after MODs
With that in mind, I believe that my secondary heat exchanger and pump might have not have been bled properly. The car sounded great and the coolant temp was slightly above 80*c ~200*f. I wish I had my scangauge to monitor the IAT and MAP to see that the boost does not drop off.
Please take a look at the attached output of only 398hp max and 460 torque max. In all runs we did a 3rd gear pull and idled the car for about 10 minutes between the runs.

One more thing I noticed was that the car was running very rich towards the end I hope that Eurocharged will take care of this during the tune.

Also, the car was not in dyno mode and in the future I will make sure to bring the software to put it in dyno mode.

Just to make sure I understand this correctly. You suggest that the current inlet to the Johnson CM30 pump would be attached to the outlet of the stock HE. Then, I would add an extra hose from the stock HE to the overflow and from overflow tank to the inlet of the Johnson CM30. This would thereby split the 2 systems.
