*-*-*New Years Sale-3000rpm Stall Converters through BI-Performance*-*-*
We will be running this sale through the end of February, and there is limited stock.
These stalls are for the SL55 and SL63 with the 722.6 and 722.9 tranny's. Running an aftermarket stall will gretaly improve your 60ft at the track, and is a ton of fun on the street. These stalls will enable you to load the converter up at the track, and on the street without having the problem of pushing through the brakes at lower rpm with the stock unit.

$990 plus shipping
Specs on the unit are as follows:
-3000 stall converter for street or strip
-11" diameter vs stock 12"
-10 lbs lighter than stock to reduce rotating mass
-triple lock up clutch
-high performance pump and bearings
-all new units and no core charges, so you can keep you stock converter

Hi - any chance on some more background info. on the converter for a newbie in tuning?
I just pulled my engine out for major upgrades ..... and going to take the transmission off this month and was thinking if I should change the converter .... is it a "must" or simply just if you’re doing the track?
Also; saw your engine at the svtperformance ….. very nice work ! you gotta love it

The converter is very street able, and definitely improve performance on the street. This converter is a lockup converter, so it will not have the same lag as other non lockup stalls. When you hit the go fast pedal, your sl55 will actually go. These will put you in the powerband much quicker and they are also 10lbs lighter than stock.

Several left in stock fellas. Our first customer that had his put in last week sees a noticable difference in power to the ground. His E55 is much snappier, were his words.
