I need some advise from here.. SL63 AMG 2011 current horsepower 518, 465 torque, if I send the ecu for tuning, it will add 30hp and 30tq, is that worth it? Because the number seems to be very low.. Do you think I will notice the difference? Big difference or small?

Typically a tune doesn't give you much. Most naturally aspirated engines come from the factory with solid programing that does not leave much room for improvement.
Boosted cars are a different story as a tune can turn up the boost on turbo cars or supercharged cars (with pulley). That's why you see the huge gains from ECU tuning on these cars.
Chances are an additional 30hp and 30tq won't do much. You'll notice it a bit, but don' plan on a huge change in the cars behavior or acceleration.

Unless you have other mods and the stock programming is holding you back a tune alone will not net much.
