ABC Lowering - What Am I Doing Wrong?

Trying to lower an '05 S55 with ABC using DAS. I change the height (about 1/2-inch), then input the inclination numbers, and get a message that the numbers have been successfully accepted. Everything looks good. But after a drive around the block, the vehicle height is back to it's original setting. Am I missing a step? Is there something that needs to be done to 'lock' in the new height?
Cheers,
Jeff

Did you do the "load adjustment" after you did your level calibration? On my SL55, skipping that step will generate a fault code.

Thanks Chris for the reply. Please note I inadvertently started this thread in the wrong forum; should have been under S55, not SL55. The first attempt, I did not follow with the Load Adjustment. On my second attempt, I did do the Load Adjustment, but when the car initiated the Load Adjustment, it immediately went to the original, higher setting. You are correct about the ABC error code... there was one there after the first attempt. I'm going to continue this in the S55 forum. Thanks again.
Cheers,
Jeff
