Why are you also practicing the Non-AMG hood on Full AMG body ?

I know your car is a Converted pre-facelift car, but why did'nt you get the real AMG hood ?

because that hood is very hard to get! and it's very expensive!

To be honest, it wasn't the price really.. I just found the SL550 hood to be more aggressive looking side by side to to the SL63 hood. There is nothing special about the SL63 hood IMO, just a slight hump in the middle, while the 550 is reminiscent to the C63 hood with the two large humps.

Quick simple question, when calipers were painted are the "AMG' letters and symbol redone or do they paint around it?

The AMG lettering is re-applied after paint and then clear coat sprayed over them.
