My black, facelifted SL 55 was STOLEN!
Just posting this here, as it is an international forum. My facelifted SL 55 was stolen in Hanover (Germany) on the night of April 15th (or in the early morning hours of the 16th). It is very likely that the car has already been brought to another country... Probably Eastern Europe or Russia.

At the time it was stolen, it had these wheels on:

(19" AMG Performance wheel, custom painted glossy black)
The whole car is glossy black (NON-METALLIC, Mercedes color code: 040, which is a pretty rare color on this vehicle, as more than 90% of all black AMG vehicles wear metallic-black). The rear diffusor was also custom painted glossy black. The vehicle has a custom-made 5.5 AMG badge on both front fenders. The interior color is dark grey (leather) with a silver/aluminium colored trim.
Please let me (or your local police department) know if you see the car somewhere around. Thanks!

Really sorry to hear this! When professionals steal these, they're gone to another country in no time. Eastern Europe is my best guess as well.
I hope that the insurance gives you a decent price so you don't loose too much money from the conversion...
