SL55K on HRES
After a very long time, we finally did a photoshoot for my Mercedes. For those who have not been following my build, the cars a 2004 SL55, one-of-one interior by FabDesign, Custom Weistec Supercharged Kit along with some Kleemann goodies, and last are the wheels, HRE P40s but painted to match my cars interior.
Boys from RacerTimes decided to take some pics of my car
The car is actually being painted as we speak, will surprise you guys the new color for my cars tenth birthday in the next few days! Just a hint, it'll be the only SL55 AMG in that color

Car is a beauty no doubt. I am James massive HRE fan and used to have a set of the wheels also. I love different bold looks and appreciate what you are trying to do here but can't help but think that this ca would look insane with satin black rims. Just my opinion though.

Appreciate your kind words mate!

I agree with you, ive been using the P40s for four years now, and they were always in Satin Black, just wanted a new look without getting some new wheels. I'll keep them in this finish just for a few months though, they'll be back in Satin Black very soon especially with the new color change! Just been focusing on modding other cars at home, so the SL isn't touched much like it used to. Still has a special place in my heart and means more to me quite a lot more than the other exotics at home

Perhaps a newb like question, what is the "k" designation after sl55 for?

This car is so killer!!! Love the red interior! I ordered P40's in Satin Black for my car about a month ago after seeing how good they look on your car.

If you ever want to sell it, let me know!!!

What is your exhaust setup?
