We just completed this all alcantara CLK63 steering wheel + airbag set
this steering wheel can be a direct swap for SL55 2007~ models (with silver paddle in the back), contact us if you are interested

The CLK DTM style is better but it just needs less.Alcantara. A nice mix of carbon fiber and Alcantara would look nice. Carbon fiber on the top and bottom and Alcantara at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions with the airbag cover in leather or vinyl.
