SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: SL55 hard top won't retracct

SL55 hard top won't retracct
I just purchased this car, low miles, everything seems like new.
but,
The top won't retract. I called Mercedes and they had be check the following...
1) Suspension goes up and down, so plenty of fluid
2) Parking Brake On
3) Trunk cover in place
The top is sealed so I'm pretty sure it is all the way up and locked in place, it just doesn't go down.
Is there a fuse somewhere I can check?

check the convertible trunk flaps under the top of the trunk it 2 flaps one on the right and left. they must be flushed flat to the trunck top or the convertible top wont open.
