Sl55 secondary cats piping diameter?
Looking to have my secondary cats removed and replaced with stainless pipe. The exhaust shop says that they have 2.5" and 3.0". They can get 2.75" upon my request but i want to make sure it's necessary first. I remember reading somewhere that our exhaust changes diameter from 2.5" to 2.75" in a few different places.
What diameter would be needed for the secondary cats? Also, for the resonators? Would it sound better to remove the H crossover section right before the secondaries as well?

The shop has all sizes of mild steel and aluminzed steel. Should I just use this or have the stainless ordered? Anyone know what size it is?

I removed the secondaries and replaced with a piece of 3" stainless "U" bend.
