I upgraded the belt tensioner pulley for the supercharger belt with a UDP pulley on my SL55 but stripped the torx40 center bolt on reinstall. I picked up a GrabIt screw extractor set but due to the lack of work space I may have to remove the entire tensioner assembly to get this stupid bolt out. IF I have to go down that route I am going to know what I should torque the bolts down to again. I highlighted the bolts in the attached pic that I would like to find the proper torque specs for, thanks.
I would suggest to torque it to the size of the bolt, this is commonly the same as shop manual torques
Thank you but I am looking for the exact manufacturer specs and i am without a Mercedes shop manual. I found service manual documentation for the supercharger clutch which list torque specs so I have to image there is some document out there that lists the tensioner specs.
