How much extra power
If I change from 20 inch to 19 inch wheels how much extra power will I get,
10,20,30 BHP, any one know, perhaps some formula.

Do a Google search for the formulas. There are so many factors involved that you couldn't just spit out a number with any real accuracy. If you go to a lighter wheel/tire and are stepping down in diameter, you will make more power.

Assuming the same wheel material and overall wheel/tire height, you should improve acceleration and braking by 5 - 8% (hard to calculate without knowing weight and wheel/tire height), by reducing the flywheel effect. It doesn't change horsepower.
