C 32 AMG (203.065)
Same as S and CL65. But car wont be produced until the end of 2004.

612 ps and 1000 nM

but why not 700 ps 1200 nM and the 7G tronic?

612bhp DIN(so take a few off that number for SAE) and 738 lb-ft of torque. I have read in AutoCar that this engine is capable of producing over 800 hp and 1000 lb-ft of torque.

738 lb/ft is definitely more than the SLR which produces 575. The engine is capable of more, though - roughly 880 lb/ft of it, provided there is a transmision with the cojones to handle it. Supposedly, a reinforced 7G can handle that, but I am not sure Mercedes would be willing to unleash all that power.
