WIS Schematic for Interior Rearview Mirror
I am on my latest project. Still have the supercharged CLK55 and now on to a SL55. First project is additional cooler and rearview mirror setup. I will post the details.
Onw ? for help. Who have the WIS layout for the 2 cables going into the mirror.
I have figured out most all except a couple.
One cable is 4 wires that feed the two senors that measure interior noise. This feeds back to radio for auto volume. 4 wires to 2 small connectors.
Another cable have two connectors that Y out. Connector 1 goes to mirror PCB:
1- gnd
2-?
3- drivers map light +12 when on
4-pass map light +12 when on
5- +12
Connector 2 out of the Y has two wires that also connect to the mirror PCB. I can not figure out what they do? Could it be related to the light sensor?
any help would be great.
