S550, E350, 500E, 220se
Looking to buy Sl 55 ?
I am a newbie here.
I have fallen for the sound of the SL 55 .( who hasnt) I have owned an 07 SL 550 and an 01 E55 and now want to marry the two with a great SL 55 . I am in lower CT , near New York Border if any one knows of a good honest original example for sale I would be interested. I also have potentially to trade a 1993 500E that is in good condition.

Tim,I am close to exit 4 of 95, of exit 31 of Merritt. In short right on the CT/NYC line.

Dont do it. The SL55s are known to just fkn explode, leaving the drivers stranded in the desert. Its true. Even if you arent anywhere near a desert, thats where you end up. Yep.
