Adding additional radiators to SL55 - 030 owners help needed
Hello all,
I have an SL55 retrofitted with F1 front apron, so I am thinking of taking advantage of this, and make the vents functional, by also retrofitting oil cooler and additional low temp radiator.
These mods require secondary air pump (M33) and Low temp coolant pump (M44) to be relocated elsewhere, to have clearance for additional radiator seen in SL65 and SL55 with 030 code, The M44 ends up on the driver side of the radiator, but cant find anything about the M33
My method and philosophy of modifying is to make it really hard to tell if the mod came from factory or not, therefore, I like to stick to factory setup as much as possible.
With that in mind, I need help from SL55 owners with AMG performance package (AKA option 030) to let me know where does these two pumps go exactly. Pictures are even better
I have a bunch of part #s, but schematics in STAR finder, and EPC are not clear, as if the authors did not realize the difference.
Any help is appreciated...
