Before I scan the car, ESP question for you
Hello fellow members. Just wondering if anyone has encountered what my car is doing. When I floor it and the ESP light flashes like crazy, it stays on until I turn the car off. Next time I turn the car on, it goes away. This first started to happen just after I installed my ECU from getting tuned. I have to admit that when I first installed the ECU, I din't get all the points connected properly and the car ran like **** when I fired it up. Realizing what I did, I took the time to make sure the ECU was installed correctly. Next time fired it up, the car ran great, but I have had this issue since. No limp home, lots of power, runs great. It just seems the ESP doesn't work and the light stays on after. Anyone else experience this? Maybe I should get my ECU flashed again now that it is correctly installed? Any input appreciated.
