SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: Renntech R4 on 2005 SL55 AMG

I don't think there is necessarily a "R4" package. But if there was or someone was calling it that it would have to include the following for sure.....
-Renntech Carbon Fiber intake box
-Renntech 82MM Throttle Body
-Renntech or MBH Long tube Headers
-Pulley upgrade
-HE Intercooler updgrade
-ECU and TCU all tuned in to your mods.
Those would be the bare minimum and to be calling it a 4(personally I won't call it that) I think you might need............Maybe the Renntech Torque Converter, rear diff. upgrade, and maybe a upgraded brake package or upgraded supercharger. If whats listed above I'd say its more of a R3 or so package if you want to call it that and add in everything else now its a 4 or 5 or whatever.

Thanks for your answer. My car has all those mods you listed as "minimum" so I guess I'll refer to it as a R3, OK? I could not find an answer elsewhere, so thanks to you.
