Android radio reception sucks please advise
I installed the HL-8817 android 7.1 removed the amp in back , the reception is awful , I connected 12v to the A5 pin assuming it is the antenna amp power no help , I have a extra long antenna cable with power wire (not using)
please advise any help appreciated.want to close up the dash

Hey Austinsec, how do you like the deck? (besides the radio reception) Also so it was $356 and how much extra was the 6m long cable? I cant get the seller on aliexpress to reply to me (maybe he's on vacation). Also as far as the install goes, what amp did you end up going with?

Yes the cable is included , it is not plug and play per say you have to splice all the speaker wires to the long cable at both ends
as for the deck its pretty good looks oem fits like a glove , just pain in the *** without the reception.
The seller on alliexpres is 356 i used them they are seicane.com but cheaper through alliexpress.
they are very slow to respond almost do not respond ,that is why I ask all questions here.
I did not use add on amp Im fine like this if I get Fmto work well.
