Helping a friend change his fuel filter on his SL55. I noticed something missing while I was under there. I circle it in red in the picture(not his car in the pic)
.I can't seem to locate what part that is or what it is even officially called(sick of looking at diagrams twice now). Anyone have any ideals on the official name or part number?
I noticed his driver side one is there but the passenger side one is missing. Strange that would be gone. My guess is when he had some exhaust work done someone forgot something.
