SL 55 AMG, BMW M Roadster, Holden Commodore SSV

Under Chassis Noise

When I lowered the car to it's lowest level today I heard some slight crunching noise in the rear of the car. No issues during driving or raising and lowering it after this initial episode.

Ideas? should i be concerned?
