Yes thats another issue. I got my XKR last year for $30k MB dealer offers me $22k for it. and im getting a SL63 that is worth maybe $18k if i would decide to trade it back in..... so technically im losing 4k in this deal and getting a car that is 2 years older and have twice as many Miles, but has great maintenance history. and looks better in my opinion....

Why not just sell the XKR private party?

$22K for your 2011 xkr with 65k miles is way too LOW.
If you are in California, I would buy your XKR.
