Good morning forum,
I know there has been a ton of threads covering heat soaking, however I wanted to ask any experts on this subject to please respond to this question.
Is it possible to run 2 IC pumps in parallel to help reduce or eliminate heat soak? Or is my problem solely due to my stock exchanger?
I currently have the upgraded Bosch pump but that hasn't solved anything.
Any input is appreciated.

Is it doable, probably. Will it help, I doubt it.
Continue heat soak isn't just a flow problem it's also a capacity issue and cooling issue. By expanding the capacity(secondary tank) or a secondary heat exchanger like this https://www.vrpspeed.com/product/vrp-v2-heat-exchanger/ . You'll also see they sell a small split cooling system which helps.
Both or one of those will help tremendously. If your doing a lot of back to back hard runs go with both and that should end your issues outside of drag racing where you want the absolute coolest water possible for each pull(killer chiller).

I've got larger Intercoolers, dual pumps, and trunk tank. It helps.
