Steering wheel interchange.
Can someone confirm if this wheel will fit my 2004 SL55?
Mine came with the wood/leather wheel and paddle shifter buttons.
It spent some time up North, and the finish on the wood is cracked. PO put a steering wheel cover on it to hide the cracks, but it looks kind of cheesy.
I realize the one on ebay isn't wood/leather, but all leather. I really don't care. Just need to make sure it will work.
Auction: https://www.ebay.com/itm/2006-MERCED...53.m1438.l2649
part number on inside of the ebay wheel: A 230 460 29 03.
Thanks for any help.

The wheel on Ebay may not fit and it also does not have the paddle shifter buttons. You won't be able to shift manually and you may also get an error/warning.
If you're interested, i have my original 2003 SL55 AMG steering wheel sitting in a box. I can sell it to you for a good price. It's black, all leather, and it has the shift buttons on the back. It should be a direct fit on your '04 SL55.
Send me a private message if interested and i can also send you some pictures.
Thanks!
