Testing showed our Intercooler pump Testing showed our Intercooler pump flows an impressive 8.7 G.P.M. @ 11.6 P.S.I. compared to the OEM pumps 3.00 G.P.M. flow rate. This increase in flow dramatically removes heat from the incoming air; allowing for a denser air/fuel mixture and substantially cooler charge air temperatures over the entire operating range. RennTech pump upgrade kit mounts in the OEM location without any modifications, due to its dramatically smaller size and lighter weight and comes complete with all necessary plumbing, electrical connectors, mounting hardware and installation instructions.

RennTech transmission upgrade consists of a complete transmission disassembly and inspection as well as a mechanical upgrade to the transmission clutch packs. This allows us the ability to maximize the amount of friction materials contained within the transmission and in turn, the amount of power which can be transmitted through each forward gear. During final assembly the transmission also receives all new gaskets, seals, o-rings as well as a new transmission pan filter. RennTech 722.9 Five speed Mercedes Transmissions increased engine performance it becomes necessary to further improve the drive line components, most importantly the transmission in order to ensure maximum power is transmitted to the drive wheels without transmission slippage. This can not be realized with software and only truly be accomplished by an internal mechanical upgrade to the transmission hardware. RennTech kit comes complete with high flow performance filter inserts and anodized aluminum MAF sensor retaining clips. The RennTech V3 Digital Lowering Module (DLM) is designed to work with all available Mercedes Airmatic or ABC (Hydraulic) Suspensions.The unit allows the user to have full control over all four corners of the vehicle’s suspension and adjust in 1mm increments. The DLM requires no splicing or soldering to the factory wiring harness. The RennTech harness utilizes the factory pins as to allow a completely reversible installation. The unit also supports speed-dependant lowering that allows the vehicle to return to its factory ride-height at a pre-set speed. This removes the need for the vehicle to be aligned after lowering. The user can maintain the factory longevity and still have the lowered look at low speeds. All RennTech DLMs are adjustable via USB using either Windows or Android OS.The software allows the user to adjust the ride-height at each corner in 1mm increments independently.The software also has three locations where the user can store pre-configured suspension setups for quick changes.

Renntech Locking Limited Slip Differential

RennTech Locking Limited Slip Differential, a differential is the last point between the engine and the wheels where power is transferred. The differential functions as a system to direct engine power at the wheels while allowing them to rotate at different speeds. By upgrading the differential, you benefit in both straight line stability and vehicle handling while cornering. During a full power straight line run, our LSD (limited slip differential) will lock 100% and provide torque equally to each powered wheel, providing stable straight line runs. When exiting from a corner, our LSD's transition to the full 100% lock position is smooth and predictable. This gives the vehicle better traction and stability throughout the corner, improving overall lap times and a noticeable improvement in overall vehicle handling. The track is not the only place where the differential comes into play though. Bad weather and harsh road conditions can make the street a dangerous place. In snow, ice, wet weather and regions where the road surface can become unstable, our LSD easily adapts and adjusts tire rotation to increase vehicle stability on the road and help to dramatically improve driver safety. RennTech differential is a unique, patented, clutch- type LSD which makes this a true100% locking differential. Because of this function, there is no movement of internal parts, leading to less heat being generated while in operation and in turn, less wear of the friction disks.

The addition of the upgraded Intercooler Pump helps the engine to perfome well and better.The R1, R2, R3 performance package increases performance to 696 hp and 801 lb/ft at the crank, without sacrificing daily driver comfort or reliability and offer huge gains across the entire RPM range. Due to increased power and boost levels, 93 Octane or higher gasoline has to be used with R1 upgraded RennTech vehicles to avoid damage to the engine. The RennTech lock-up clutch upgrade uses a multi-element clutch upgrade with additional layer of friction material between the clutch plate, better friction material on the clutch face and a larger surface area of friction material to help control slippage. This allows for better heat management and increased holding power. While slippage in the torque converter is important under acceleration, this slippage becomes a liability once cruising speed is achieved. The lock-up clutch controls this slippage and creates a solid connection between the engine and transmission. If the load on the clutch is too much, slippage can occur leading to excessive heat and wear.
