If the blower won't switch off, then the problem can be the blower assembly or the pushbutton control unit. Since you've always got a segment lit on the control unit, I'd guess it is the issue.

Blower assembly( little fan inside the control unit). Not the main blower unit. I would love to swap out and test but need someone local that has one on the shelf.
To be clear, I was referring to the main blower unit.
Since you have Star Diagnosis, you ought to be able to confirm the blower unit is your problem, I think.
main blower is fine , I just cant seem to turn off the control completely, the control unit has a small fan inside the can be set to run 30 min after engine turn off.
mine just stays on all the time draining the battery , im on long island I was hoeing someone had one I could swap it to see it the control is the issue.
