HESITATION ON ACCELERATION
Members,
I have a request for suggestions (especially if you are or was a M-B tech).
I normally drive my 03 SL55 AMG in manual mode so this post is specifically based on manual.
No matter if the car is cold or hot, when drive at a constant speed/rpm for at least 3-4 minutes then hit my accelerator pedal, the car bucks/hesitates before acceleration occurs.
It happens when changing from 1st to 2nd also and is more pronounced because of the rpm's being higher when changing gears.
I realize there can be many possibilities but if anyone had similar experiences and fixed the problem, please leet me know what you did or what you replaced to rid this problem.

Although I am driving a SL63 R232, I occasionally have something very similar happen, except it happens at initial acceleration from a stop. It’s like the parking brake is activating momentarily.
