Hello. 2005 SL500 with 110,000 miles. I have 26,000 miles on my 2018 Strutmaster coilover conversion. The right front shock has dropped ( leaking internal seal, no outer leaking). Warranty is over. Not sure I want Strutmaster again. Is there an alternative? Maybe a similar, lower cost alternative? I am being quoted from Strutmaster $800 for front set.

Thank you.

Strutmaster is in my bad books. I have installed RMT coil overs and sway bars but here in Oz cannot access the Developer Mode STAR system to code out the RED error massage which disables all convenience items such as roof operation and cruise control, also no access to the menu functions. Strutmasters have a piggyback module to get rid of the error message and quoted a price of $400 yet they would not sell me one as "the system won't allow it". What a way to lose custom.
