Why you should NOT buy a C3 clone
1) Because it is slow and old 2) Because it connects true a OLD com port, most modern laptops younger than 12 years old do NOT have this port 3) The Star C3 got phased out by MB software in 2015. Those who pretend using any later version fully functional are liars. 4) You will never ever be able to use online functions, mandatory if you need online SCN to replace some vital Modules 5) You won't be able to do module updates as there is no updated database with old DAS 6) You will be trying to save 150$ and stuck in time with old cars only 7) You will get stuck with a old, unsupported Windows XP that has no drivers for descend speed laptops 8) Does not support trucks 9) Does not support latest VITAL Vediamo and DTS Monaco software versions
C3 is not a option anymore
The new, well select C4 has the possibility to have DOIP option for latest 2020 cars If you invest, ONLY buy a C4 that covers ALL
