I have a loss of felt 100 HP in my SL55 and found many scratches on the rotors of the supercharger. Is this loss of power and PSI caused by the scratches you can see in the pictures. Can anyone tell me his oppinion.
I believe the scratches are caused by not properly cleaning the supercharger after changement of the airpressuresensor. Because i can feel the HP loss since then.

have you tried calling some company's that sell these products, ask them what causes that and if it effects the performance
like weistech or look up any supercharger mfg on the web
The scratches themselves wouldn't cause loss of power. Looks like some small debris got pulled in and you should check the filters to makes sure they are clean and sealed. Check the supercharger clutch, likely it's warn and not engaging causing you to to lose power.

FWIW I wouldn’t call Weistec as they would probably recommend you change it for one of their units.
ineiuld recommend you writing down all issues that you noticed, what was done before, what you noticed after changes and what you have checked after. Have you checked plugs, pressure checked injectors, changed the CPS, upgraded Bosch pump etc? have you check compression on cylinders? If so what are the numbers? If you have all these details when you speak to one of the SC rebuild shops it can help pin down cause. I do have contact on shop that has done all my SC work snd they are great resource if you need it.
At 80k miles it should not be SC. My 0280 ran 150k miles in my CL before I upgraded to 0580. It had zero issues (knock on wood 😉
I am having an issue with my lower SC valve body that is creating stumbling issue under WOT but that is being addressed.

Everything was checked with the stardiagnosis. Kompression is ok , plugs coils cables are new, injectors and fuelpressure are ok, intake-air pressure and - temperature are ok
so there is really nothing just the scratches on the SC rotors.
or do you suspect something else?

I just replaced all 8 of mine. Purchased from FCPeuro.com as they are a reputable company and happened to be the cheapest vendor I found. $400 for all 8 Bosch injectors. I went with the free shipping since I'm here in the states.
