The SLK55 engine is a normally aspirated varient of AMGs 5.5 liter giving ~376hp, while the SL55 engine is supercharged giving 500hp.

i know dudeeee , but is it the same V8? i know that the sl has a komp.. and the slr has a a max tuned komp.. but basically same V8 ?

they share the same block, but all the internals are different. The cams/pistons etc.
