SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: IAT Question

IAT Question
Anyone out there with an SL55 (modded with the Weistec dual pass heat exchanger, LT headers and a smaller pulley) that monitors IAT's. Mine run 25-35 degrees above ambient under normal driving conditions, spike up to 60 degrees+ in hard pulls then tumble back down over several minutes.
Are these results similar to yours or instead, indicative of cooling inefficiency?
