Help - front brake pads for 2004 SL55 P30 Pack

Hi all, any suggestions on which brands offer front brake pads for a 2004 SL55 with P30 (380mm rotors, 8 pot calipers)?

From my research
w/o P30 pack cars 2003-2006: 360mm front rotors (8 pot calipers)
w/o P30 pack cars 2007-2008: 360mm front rotors (6 pot calipers)
w/ P30 pack cars 2003-2006: 380mm front rotors (8 pot calipers)
w/ P30 pack cars 2007-2008: 390mm front rotors (6 pot calipers)
I've measured my rotors and they are indeed 380mm with 8 pot calipers.

I've just resurfaced my front rotors and changed new brake pads. I ordered them from Brembo (2262516KIT) but after coming home from a carwash I could clearly see the pads weren't making full contact with the rotor on both sides of the car. At the carwash the rotors had rust all over the whole rotor but after coming home only the outer 70% was rust free. Websites say these brake pads are both for cars w/ OR w/o the P30 pack. I believe this means they must be small enough to fit the 360mm rotors, which means they are too small for the 380mm rotors on my car. I've talked to a different Brembo dealer from where I bought the current ones and they say they have only 1 SKU for the 8 pot caliper R230 and which is the one I already have. They also said it fits all the SL55s and even SL65s with their 390mm rotors. This confuses me even more because how can a brake pad fit all 360mm, 380mm, and 390mm rotors unless they only make partial contact with the rotors. Logically shouldn't the brake pads be specific to each rotor size?

Finally, who offers and where can I find brake pads that will correctly fit the 8 pot calipers and will make full contact with the 380mm rotors?

I've attached a photo so you can see why I think they're not making full contact with the rotor.
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated, thank you very much.

I have a 2007 SL55. I changed my front hub assemblies with Giro Disk. https://www.girodisc.com/SL5563-AMG-R230_c_1227.html

The first time, you replace the whole assembly. But after that you can simply replace the rotors
