Just sold my '11 Porsche TurboS cab for an '03 SL55!
I too struggle with DAS in terms of getting at traditional Workshop in instructions (WIS in MB terms) and at wiring schematics. The closest I can get is via a fault code that seems to take you to the WIS and various troubleshooting tests. This is frustrating for someone who wants to learn the systems or simply to get a torque spec for a basic mechanical task.

Maybe one of our more experienced members can offer some advice?
Thanks.

When I connect to Das seems to be no way of checking the brake wear sensor circuit
Also doesn't show any faults.

Well I changed the rear wiring harness from sensor to connector under car wasn't the issue. So I had new harness on bench plugged new wear sensor in and checked continuity on the plug end shows continuity meaning a complete circuit BUT when I connect the new harness to wiring plug under plastic splash cover and check continuity again thus time ate the sensor plug I get an open circuit meaning a break in the car wiring from the outside connector to wherever the harness ends up . Right front sam or rear sam don't know as I don't have a wiring schematic. Harness is 2 wire 1 brown 1 black yellow tracer comes through floorboard left side of rear sam but seems to dissappear under carpet. Wires super small gauge like 28 or so . Wish someone would enlighten me as to where this harness ends up going . Thanks
