2003 SL55 - Need help speedometer to KM
First time caller; longtime listener. Just kidding. Im up in Canada. We just brought home a 2003 SL55, purchased from family in Idaho. I'm a noob, not entirely mechanically inclined - found the instructions to change the speedometer from MI to KM's. I go to instrument cluster and there is NO speedometer option showing. Help?

I borrowed a friends more recent autel professional scan tool and was able to program it with this. The benz expert on the forum claimed this is unpossible to do, but my speedo now reads in KPH and the mileage converted to kilometers as well. I think it was under region coding for the cluster module.
This is for the analog speedo, not the digital one in the cluster thats super easy to switch.
