SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: Transmission question.

Transmission question.
I have an 04 SL55. About a month ago the car leaked some transmission fluid and a part was replaced. A few days ago I noticed some gear slippage between first and second. I brought the car in and those idiots at Fletcher Jones Las Vegas forgot to replace the transmission fluid that had leaked when they did the repair. So I was told. Well I'm still getting the slippage between first and second. It appears to only slip during engagement. What kind of damage could have occured?. I'm so sick of the total lack of competance and attention to detail at FJLV. Unfortunatly, they are the only dealer in town.
Any thoughts on the tranny?

I know nobody asked me, but FJLV is pretty much a con. I paid top dollar for a C43 from them, got there and the thing had rock chips all over it, they told me that it was a used car and I should get used to it. I couldn't do anything about it because I expected them to be on the up and up and had already had my car trucked to them in trade. When I found out the tranny was bad on the car and had slipped gears, I called them to see what they would offer for it. After three months on a previously owned car which had already depreciated, they offered me over $15K dollars less. So obviously they knew about the tranny. I told them to go screw themselves and sold it to another dealership who could fix it and make the car right for the next customer. Might as well call it Fletcher Joke Las Vegas. That C43 was just a try out for them and they flunked miserably.
